Operating since 2020, Karen Woodson founded LSI to help leaders in high EL impact schools correct the variance in their EL programs that could be silently thwarting school improvement efforts. Attacking this variance by implementing our leadership recipe, with an equitable school wide ELD model as the key ingredient, brings about transformative change that can put a high EL impact school on a sustainable path to continuous improvement.
